If you have registered your domain name with us, you can manage the nameservers in the client area.
- Login to the client area.
- Navigate to
My Domainsin the main menu.
- Click the domain name you want to set the nameservers for.
- In the left side menu click
You will now see two options:
|Use default nameservers||Select this option if you have no other web hosting package or want to use our DNS servers.|
|Use custom nameservers (enter below)||This option should be selected if you have a web hosting package (with us or any other hosting provider) and want to set the corresponding nameservers.|
The first two fields are required. In case you need to, you can add up to 5 nameservers in total. When changing nameservers, always empty all fields and then enter the required ones.
Changes to the nameserver are usually visible after 24 to 48 hours. On average, this process is much faster.
If you use one of our web or cloud hosting packages, please select the second option and enter the nameservers assigned to your hosting package.
If you have a cPanel (shared) hosting package, you will find the nameservers in the activation email.
If you have a cloud hosting package, the nameservers will be shown in the cloud panel on the overview page after creating the application or on the DNS zone page.
